Pramit leads Data for India's research programme. He was earlier the data editor at Mint. He has a master’s degree in economics from the Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research, and a master's degree in research from King's College London.

Rukmini leads research and writing at Data For India. Her areas of focus include health, gender and household economics. She has previously led data journalism in Indian newsrooms and wrote a book on data and India.
Pradeep Vanga
Pradeep worked on building data pipelines and back-end development for DFI in 2022-23. Pradeep earlier worked as a software engineer in technology startups and large enterprises. He has bachelor’s and master’s degrees from IIT Kharagpur. Pradeep has a passion for open-sourcing India’s public data.
